Dannon Activia Selects

Finding time for a nutritious meal with my busy schedule is incredibly hard. I have to make the time to eat right. This requires a lot of planning and a lot of time executing that plan.

This is where Activia Selects comes in for me. I have long loved yogurt as a snack. As a meal. Pretty much anytime is a good time for yogurt.

I have also been a fan of Activia since they first came out on the market. I like the fact that they contain probiotics and taste good.

WHAT IS ACTIVIA?

Activia® is a delicious, creamy yogurt. Activia, with Bifidus Regularis®, helps naturally regulate your digestive system as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.  Activia, with the probiotic culture called Bifidus Regularis (Bifidobacterium lactis DN-173 010), works to help regulate your digestive system .

HOW DOES ACTIVIA WORK?

After you eat, food passes through the digestive tract and is gradually broken down into smaller parts, like sugars, fats and proteins. These nutrients are absorbed by your body and are part of what helps you lead an active and healthy lifestyle.

This is where Activia, with Bifidus Regularis (Bifidobacterium lactis DN-173 010), can help! Clinical studies show that Bifidus Regularis survives passage through the digestive system and arrives in the gut, which is where Activia provides its benefit Activia with Bifidus Regularis helps regulate the digestive system.

WHAT IS A PROBIOTIC?

Meaning, literally, “for life,” a probiotic is a living microorganism that, when consumed in adequate amounts, confers a benefit on its host. For a culture to be considered genuinely probiotic, it must be safe to eat, remain alive for the shelf life of the product and be present in a high enough quantity to provide benefits that go beyond basic nutrition.

My entire family has been stealing my Activia Selects ever since I brought them home.

FYI, here is the Nutritional info for the Greek Strawberry version:

We are all loving the Activia Selects. My kids like the Parfait the best. The Vanilla Parfait is just delicious.

Look at those crunchy things on the top. Mmmm….

Activia Selects are also self- contained and very portable. They can be taken along with you anywhere.

Here is the thing with probiotics in Activia that I think a lot of people forget. They only work when consumed daily for at least two weeks as a part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. So make sure you do that if you want to see results.

However, my opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive comments.

An interesting discussion may be worth comment. I believe that you should create much more on this topic, this might not be the taboo subject but generally individuals are insufficient to talk on this kind of subjects. To another. Cheers
