  2. Edible flowers is something that I need to experiment with soon. I’ve seen them popping up all over the place in recipes. I’m not sure how I did not find out about them sooner.

  3. I pinned this so I can come back and check it out when I find a place to get the flowers. I remember the first time I had edible flowers – it was on a salad at a posh restaurant. I was only about eighteen years old so back then it was SOOO impressive to me being from a really small town.
Now I find them here and there in the gourmet section of our store but I may need to hit up a shop across town to get enough to try all these fun recipes! Thanks so much for them too!

I see flowers a lot on salads & desserts these days & I know they are edible but I’ve been a little leery because I wonder, “What do they taste like???” Lol, if they taste good, I’d use them. (I do wonder about people with allergies? Can they eat flowers if they have allergies that are affected by pollen, etc.?) I would need to check on that!
