30+ Snacks Under 100 Calories

When the familiar hunger rumbles start, it is easy to grab whatever is within reach. However, when we are hungry we don’t always make the smartest choices. Prepackaged 100 calorie snacks taste good but are often full of artificial colors and preservatives. By keeping these easy 100 calorie or less snacks on hand, they’ll be available the next time you get the between meal munchies.

FRUIT

1 Cup of blueberries with 2 Tablespoons Cool Whip

5 Strawberries dipped in 2 Squares of dark baking chocolate

½ of a Banana dipped in 2 squares of dark chocolate

1 cup applesauce with a dash of cinnamon

½ apple with 1 teaspoon low fat peanut butter

2 kiwis

1 cup fruit juice

2 cups watermelon

VEGETABLES

10 Baby Carrots with 2 tablespoons fat free ranch

½ cup kale chips

8 olives

2 celery stalks with 1 tablespoon low fat peanut butter

SAVORY

25 pistachios

2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds

40 goldfish crackers

10 tortilla chips with ¼ cup salsa

One egg (Poached, Hardboiled, over easy, ect)

2 cups of air popped popcorn with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese

20 mini pretzels with one tablespoon spicy brown mustard

8 shrimp with one tablespoon cocktail sauce

14 almonds

1 cup vegetarian vegetable soup

1 fat free hot dog

3 tablespoons granola

SWEET

Smore: 2 graham crackers, 1 marshmallow, and 1 square of dark baking chocolate

½ cup of greek yogurt

1 cup skim chocolate milk

½ cup rice krispies with ½ cup of milk

25 jelly beans

4 wheat thins with 1 teaspoon nutella chocolate hazelnut spread

½ cup low fat ice cream

½ cup cottage cheese with a small wedge of cantaloupe

    This is actually a very nice list. I tend to prefer salty snacks with the exception of fruits. I like how this is portioned out and brooken doown it makes things so much easier. One hundred calories isnt a whole lot and most of these are enough to satisy without breaking a diet.

    I like to have a snack in the evening, but I do not know what to have that does not have a lot of calories! I love some of these ideas and will be trying them out! The greek yogurt and the cereal with milk are very good ideas!
